A Fitting First Post

It is only fitting that the first post on KentuckyBasketballForum.com is about UK being ranked first in the nation! When the polls come out later today the Cats will officially be sitting at the top, ranked #1, right where they belong.

The goal of this site is to cover all aspects of Kentucky basketball and provide you with a one stop destination for UK basketball information, including the following:

Pre-game analysis
In-game commentary
Post-game summaries
Current player interviews and former player interviews
Current stats for former Wildcats currently in the NBA
Interesting stories and entertaining articles
Humorous jabs at rival teams
Breaking news
Recruiting rundowns
Much like the current Wildcats, we have a plan:
Like Marquis Teague, we will rub you the wrong way at times by making the wrong decisions, but you will eventually grow to love us.

Much like the current Wildcats, we have a plan:

Like Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, we will be aggressive (and we will probably change our name at some point).
Like Anthony Davis, we will swat any junk posts to the third row.
Like Terrence Jones, we will dislocate our pinkies by typing so much.
Like Darius Miller, we will disappear at times, but we will show up when it matters most.
